摘　　要：知识应用是知识的价值实现环节,是企业知识管理各层主体的关注焦点。提出了对企业知识管理中的知识应用增加知识适配与知识修正环节,以提供知识应用辅助、提高知识应用水平的基础上,对知识适配和修正的内涵、策略与方案进行了广泛而深入的探讨,以指导企业知识管理的具体实施过程。Knowledge application is the key step for knowledge value realization,and it is also the focus of all enterprise knowledge management （KM） individuals. In this paper,a new approach to improving the level of knowledge application is put forward. Knowledge adaptation and revision,as the assistant measure for knowledge application,is conceived and added to knowledge using process. Therefore,their meaning and conception,and the implementing strategies and scenarios are all deeply studied and discussed. All the work is expected to be helpful to enterprise knowledge management fulfilling process.
