摘　　要：针对工业经济时代企业的行为模式——“他组织”已使企业无法适应这种复杂多变的环境现状,从集成论的视角,提出了必须将企业构建成集成系统,才能从本质上提高企业的适应能力,并分析了企业集成系统的角色和特征,为企业管理创新提供借鉴。Other-organization can not make the firms adapt to the uncertain environment. Theory of integration,in a new perspective,holds that firms should be composed of integrated systems to improve the adaptive capacity of enterprises from essence. The thesis analyzes the roles and characteristics of EIS.
