摘　　要：在探讨美国物流成本计算方法的基础上,分析了我国物流成本的现状,物流成本居高不下,损失巨大,运输成本与保管成本构成了物流成本的主体,管理成本比例明显下降。并从降低运输成本、存货持有成本、物流行政管理成本以及技术方面提出了相应的途径。The article explores the calculating means of the logistics costs in the United States, and analyses the status of domestic logistics costs：high logistics costs and enormous loss. Ttransportation costs and maintenance cost constitute the main logistics costs;managements costs decreased obviously. And from lowering transportation costs,inventory costs and logistics technology,we bring forward coutermeasurements.
