摘　　要：在我国农业剩余人口的转移困难与“民工荒”并存背景下,提出改善这种状况的根本的途径是在政府主导下,充分利用现有职业学校的教育资源,对农村剩余劳动力进行人力资本投资,进而能够从根本上缓解“三农”问题,使我国经济得以协调发展,社会得以和谐进步。Nowadays the difficulties in rural redundant labor transfer coexist with the shortage of farmer-turned workers in China. The fundamental measure,according to this essay,is to fully utilize,under the direction of government,educational resources in those vocational schools,which means substantial human capital investments in rural redundant labor. The measure is expected to alleviate the pressure of the problems of agriculture, countryside and farmers,so that the China society and economy can develop in harmony.
