摘 要:研究用间歇冷—热—冷法压出竹木复合结构连续长材的加工方法与机理.试验设计竹集成层为表板与木单板层积层为次中板、竹丝集成层为中间芯板的5层均衡组坯复合结构;设计装配一条间歇冷—热—冷热压长材机组;试验采用正交试验法,使用UF胶与冷却温度15-25℃,压制17 mm板厚时的较佳工艺为热压温度120℃、单位压力2.4 MPa、热压时间16 m in(使用喷蒸装置可缩短至11 m in)、双面施胶量240 g.m2,物理力学性能达到较优指标.机理实验,测温与数学模型计算较吻合,复合结构胶合强度好,设计方案取得较好效果.Study on the processing and mechanism of the long bamboo-wcod composite materials made by method of the cold-hob cold press. In this experiment, the five symmetries balanced groups was designed with the bamboo integration as the faces board, the wooden veneer stacking as sub-faces board and the bamboo filament integration as core level A cold-hot-cold press unit was designed; By using the orthogonal testing method and the UF glue, and cold pressing temperature at 15 -25℃, pressing thick board of 17 mm, the optical technical parameters were of the hot pressing temperature 120℃, unit pressure 2. 4 MPa, hot pressing time 16min (using the steam-impacting press can greatly shorten the hot pressing time to 11 min), glue spreading content 240 g·m^2, and the physics and mechanical properties were better grade. In mechanism test, the temperature from math model was fired to that from measurement, and the result that the bond strength with composite structure was high, it showed that the experiment scheme was feasible.
