摘　　要：本文从农机行业各企业的本质特征出发,以现代管理科学研究的最新成果为依据,将西方现代管理思想与我国农机企业的特点相结合,研究探讨农机行业激励机制,为农机行业在深化改革过程中的人力资源开发和利用做参考。The paper begins from essential characteristic of every enterprise of agro-machinery industry. Based on newest achievement of scientific research of modem management, the paper combines the modem management thought in the west with the characteristics of agro-machinery enterprises of our country, and probes into the incentive mechanism of agro-machinery industry. This paper offers reference for the manpower resources development and utilization in the course of deepen reform of agro-machinery industry.
