摘　　要：针对埋弧焊钢管生产中焊剂回收装置存在的问题进行分析与研究,设计了一种密封好、连续工作性强的焊剂回收装置。该装置采用两箱体叠加结构代替原有直接缷焊剂的单箱体结构,由一个二位三通单气控截止式换向阀来定时控制吸放焊剂,保证了密封要求,实现了焊剂回收供给的连续性和稳定性,降低了钢管制造成本。It analyzes main problem exiting in flux recovery fitting for production of SSAW pipe and new type of flux reclaimed fitting is designed which possesses outstand sealability and can be operated continuously.It is proven that sealability can meet relevant requirement,and can ensure recovery flux supplied in series as well as production cost saved,by double box structure changed from single box structure and flux controlled timely by exchange valve.
