Justy Ⅱ应用于急性根尖周脓肿牙齿准确性的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:研究JustyⅡ根尖定位仪应用于急性根尖周脓肿牙齿的测量准确性。方法:选取患急性根尖周脓肿的牙齿30颗,共30个根管,分别在根管溢脓、0.9%NaCl、3%H2O2、17%EDTA冲洗的情况下测量工作长度。四组均与根充后摄X线片确定的工作长度比较。记录在四种条件下JustyⅡ测量的准确率,进行Pearson"2检验。结果:JustyⅡ在四种条件下测得结果的准确率均无显著性差异。结论:JustyⅡ应用于急性根尖周脓肿牙齿仍有较高的准确性。Objective： To investigate the influence of the canal contents in teeth with abscess on the accuracy of the Justy Ⅱ Apex locator in determining working length. Methods： 30 teeth with acute apex abscess, a total of 30 canals were measured for root canal length with Justy Ⅱ in pus, in 0.9%NaCl,in 3%H2O2,in 17%EDTA solution. Compare the results with the radiographic apex. Calculate the accuracy of Justy Ⅱ under the different conditions, all the data were analysed Pearson χ^2. Result： the differences in four groups are not statistically significant. Conclusion： The results of this study indicate that Justy Ⅱ is not adversely affected by the canal contents in teeth with abscess.
