摘　　要：完整的病案是诊疗工作的全面记录和总结,可为临床医疗、教学、科研工作提供宝贵的资料和重要的依据。因此,病案质量控制是医疗质量控制的重要环节。死亡病案的质量控制,对于提高疑难、危重病人的抢救质量,提高诊断和治疗水平更有特殊的意义。作者通过对海军总医院1991年至1995年575份死亡病案的检查分析,提出对疑难、危重病例必须落实三级检诊制度,重视及时会诊、科间配合和全院协作,深入拟诊讨论,制定诊疗计划,加强三级质控,以提高危重病人的抢救质量。A complete case history is a comprehensive record and summary of the medical work, which provides valuable materials and important basis for clinical treatment,teaching and research. Therefore,the quality control of the medical record is an important link in the quality control of medical treatment.The quality control of death cases is all the more of special significance to the upgrading of the emergency treatment quality of critical and serious patients and to the heightening of the level of di- agnosis and treatment.Through an examination and an analysis of 575 death cases from 1991 to 1995, the authors put forth an idea that a 3rd grade examination and treatment system should be implemented for critical and serious patients.Special attention must be paid to timely consultation,interdepartmental coordination and hospitalwise association.The discussion of memetic treatment should be deepened,the treatment plan formed;the 3rd grade quality control intensified to raise the emergency treatment quality of the critical and serious patients.
