摘  要:目的:观察辐照氟银处理脐动脉的抑菌效果。方法:在无菌条件下剥离健康新生儿脐动脉并将其随机分为4组,即新鲜脐动脉组(Ⅰ组),冷冻组(Ⅱ组)、辐照组(Ⅲ组)、辐照氟银组(Ⅳ组)。对辐照氟银组脐动脉进行含银量测量、细菌培养及抑菌实验并与其他3组进行比较。结果:辐照氟银脐动脉组含银(249.7±16.8)μg/g,细菌培养无细菌生长,抑菌实验证实辐照氟银脐动脉具有抑菌作用,与其他各组相比差别显著(P<0.01)。结论:辐照氟银脐动脉富含抗菌物质(Ag+),体外抑菌实验证实具有明显抗菌作用,可用来预防移植后感染导致的手术失败。Objective. To test the mechanical behavior and inmunological level and the bacteriostatic effect of Irradiated Human Umbilical Atery Incorporated withNofloxacin and Silver(IHUVINS). Methods: Human Umbilical Atery was randomly divided into four groups: fresh Human UmbilicalAtery(groupⅠ), deepen-frozen Human Umbilical Atery (group Ⅱ), Lyophilize-irradiated Human Umbilical Atery (group Ⅲ) ,Irradiated Human Umbilical Atery Incorporated withNofloxacin and Silver (group IV); Ag^+ Level was detected in the IHUVINS group and all groups were assayde by bacterium culture and inhibiting bacteria in vitro. Results:Ag^+ was detected in the IHUVINS and no bacterial growth was found in group I and IV. By contrast,the IHUVINS effectively inhibited growth of bacteria(P〈0.01). Conclusion: Irradiated Human Umbilical Venous Incorporated with Nofloxacin has good bacteriostatic effect and can be used to avoid the failure because of ifection and cross-infection after transplantation.
