摘  要:目的:应用流式细胞术检测肺癌患者外周血中的微转移。方法:外周血经F icoll梯度离心分离单核细胞后,用粘蛋白1(Muc in1,MUC1)单克隆抗体染色,应用流式细胞仪检测。结果:检测了96例肺癌患者外周血,发现29例患者外周血中有微转移。32例肺良性病变患者有1例患者外周血中有微转移。肺癌患者阳性率与患者病理分期、分化程度和细胞组织学类型密切相关(P<0.05)。结论:应用流式细胞术检测非小细胞肺癌患者外周血中的微转移,有助于判断肺癌转移倾向和预后。Objective: To detect micrometastasis in the peripheral blood of non small cell lung cancer(NSCLC) patients by flow cytometry(FCM). Methods: The monotype fraction in peripheral blood was isolated by FicollHypaque gradient centrifugation. The ceils obtained were labeled with antibodies against MUC1, then analyzed by FCM. Results: Twenty nine cases out of 96 patients with NSCLC were found to have micromatnstnsis in the peripheral blood . One case was found to have micromatnstnsis in 32 lung benign patients. There was distinct correlation between detective rate of micromatnstnsis and pathological classification, cell differentiation of the cancer and P-TNM stage of the disease. (P 〈0.05 ). Conclusion: Examination of he valuable in predicting metastasis and prognosis of NSCLC.
