摘　　要：目的研究胃癌相关抗原MG7-Ag对胃癌的诊断价值。方法通过敏感的ELISA方法检测180例因消化道症状入院患者的血清胃癌相关抗原MG7-Ag含量,并进行对照分析。结果胃癌组的MG7-Ag含量明显高于其他疾病组(P<0.05);除胃癌组外,其它各组合并为对照组,以≥6U/ml为诊断标准,则MG7-Ag对胃癌的诊断特异性为60%,敏感性为75%。结论测定胃癌相关抗原MG7-Ag对于胃癌的早期诊断是一项有价值的辅助方法。Objective To study the value of detection of MG7-Ag in serum for diagnosis of gastric cancer. Methods The serum levels of gastric cancer MG7-Ag were determined with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA） in 180 patients with gastrointestinal disorders including gastric cancer, gastritis, peptic ulcer, colorectal cancer, and so on. Results The serum level of gastric cancer MG7-Ag in patients with gastric carcinoma was significantly higher than that in other diseases （P 〈 0.05）. The specificity and sensitivity of gastric cancer MG7-Ag were 60% and 75% in diagnosis of gastric cancer using a cutoff value of 6 U/ml. Conclusion Detection of gastric cancer MG7-Ag is of diagnostic value in gastric cancer.
