摘  要:摩托车振动舒适性不仅影响驾驶员的舒适和疲劳,而且影响到行驶安全性。该文在建立五自由度摩托车动力学模型的基础上,推导了系统振动微分方程,设计了振动响应求解算法,并应用MATLAB编制了计算机仿真计算程序。在同时考虑了路面随机输入和发动机激励的情况下,对某国产摩托车进行了舒适性仿真计算。在此基础上,进行了摩托车实车的道路试验,测试了驾驶员座位的振动舒适性。通过与实验结果对比分析,证明所建模型能够比较好地反映该摩托车的振动特性。The ride comfort of motorcycle not only affects the comfort and fatigue of driver, but also affects the safety of running motorcycle. On the basis of establishing the dynamic model of five DOF of motorcycle, this paper derives the differential equation of vibration, designs a set of algorithms, and draws up simulation calculating programs by using MATLAB. The simulation of ride comfort of motorcycle was carried out on a certain nation - made motorcycle under the circumstance of considering both the road random profile inputs and engine impulses. Furthermore, the running test of motorcycle on road is done, the vibration comfort of driver seat is measured. Through the comparative analysis of experiment results, it has proved that the established model is able to reflect the vibration of the motorcvcle better.
