黄斑孔致视网膜脱离的手术治疗

摘　　要：本文对我院31例黄斑孔致视网膜脱离的住院病例进行了分析.本病在同期住院的孔源性视网膜脱离中占7.71%.治疗采用电凝或冷凝联合巩膜外垫压或环扎、巩膜缩短、兜带等,部分病例采用了玻璃体切除联合注气或玻璃体腔单纯注气术等方法,治愈29例,占93.55%.术后视力较术前增加者24例,占77.42%,脱盲率达61.29%.The paper analyzed 31 cases of retinal detachment with macular hole in our hospital. It was 7. 71% of the hospitalized patients with rhegmatogenous retinal detachment during the same period. The surgical methods included electric coagulation or cryocoagulation combinedwith scleral buckling or encircling, scleral reduction or scleral reinforcement, etc. Vitrectomy with pneumatic retinopexy or only pneumatic retinopexy were performed in some patients. 29 patients were cured (93. 55%). Post-operative vision better than pre-operation were in 24 cases (77.42%). 61.29% patients were no longer blind.
