小切口无缝线白内障摘除及人工晶体植入术

摘　　要：用小切口无缝线术施行白内障人工晶体手术33例(37眼),术后5～30天验光,矫正视力≥0.5者33眼(94.3%);≥1.0者15眼(42.9%),散光0.88±0.87D(=35),与同期10～12mm大切口散光2.35±1.54D(n=30)相比有显著差异(P<0.05).优点:不切核、切口小(6～7mm)、愈合快、术后散光小,而且经济、易开展.The surgery roas performed on 37 eyes of 33 patients with cataract. 5~30 days after operation, corrected vision 0. 5 or better 33 eyes (94. 3%); 1. 0 or better 15 eyes (42.9%) ,The post-operative astigmatism was 0. 88 ± 0.87D(n= 35);which was less than 2:35 ± 1.54D(n = 30) in the large incision (10~ 12mm) group performed in the same period (P < 0. 05). Advantage; Needless manual nucleus division, small incision (6 ~ 7mm), quicker healing of the incision , less post-operative astigmatism and simple method without expensive machine.
