摘　　要：从系统论的角度,分析了企业知识资本系统的邻域系统特征。探讨了企业知识资本系统组成要素间的关系及结构。在此基础上分析了系统的功能及运作机理,认为企业知识资本系统是一种非线性系统,系统功能的发挥程度取决于各要素间的协调与匹配程度。In this paper, we analyze the characteristics of the intellectual capital system and the neighborhood system, and discuss the relation and structure of the main factors of the system. Based on these characteristics, we study the function and mechanism of the system, and found that the intellectual capital is a nonlinear system; the coordination and the matching of each main factor decide the exertive degree of the system function.
