摘　　要：应用免疫组化的方法检测正常泪腺及泪腺腺样囊性癌 p53蛋白的表达,结果正常泪腺均染色阴性,而6例泪腺腺样囊性癌中4例染色阳性,染色位于细胞核,细胞浆不染色,表明在肿瘤中有 p53蛋白的增强表达,提示在泪腺腺样囊性癌有 p53基因的异常。Expression of p53 protein was examined by means of an immunohistochemical method.While the normal lacrimal glands were all negative for the antigen,p53 protein was positive in 4 of 6 adenoid cystic carcinomas of the lacrimal gland.The positive staining was mainly limited in the nuclei of the carcinoma cells.These data may suggest that there is overexpression of p53 protein in the tumors and adenoid cystic carcinoma has p53 gene mutation
