超声透药治疗外伤前房积血的研究

摘　　要：用自行研制适于眼用的超声药疗(UMT-S)仪治疗眼外伤后前房积血3天以上未吸收的患者31例31眼;对照组20例20眼。结果:UMT 组31眼中有28眼积血平均7.7天全吸收,全吸收率达90.3%。对照组20眼中有9眼积血平均10.6天全吸收,全吸收率为45%。并发继发性青光眼者 UMT 组眼压随积血吸收迅速控制,未用降眼压药或前房穿刺术等处理,较对照组用降眼压药或前房穿刺术等治疗效果好,无创伤。31 cases of traumatic hyphema were treated with ultrasonic medicinal phoresis;20 cases of traumatic hyphema were topically treated with the same eye chops and served as control The results showed that the resorption rate of hyphema in UMT group was higher(90.3%) than that in the control group(45%)and the complicated glaucoma was controlled better is the treated group than that in the control group.This study in- dicated that ultrasonic medicinal Phoresis was a good method for treating traumatic hyphema.
