老年性眼底病变患者血流变学检测

摘　　要：对100例高血压、视网膜静脉阻塞和糖尿病视网膜病变的老年患者,进行血流变学检测,发现其全血粘度、血浆粘度和红细胞压迹均有显著性差异,表明血液粘滞性和老年性眼底病变的发生与发展有着密切的关系。提示血流变学改变是老年性眼底病变发病的重要原因之一,是防治老年性眼底病变的指征和依据。100 cases of senile ocular fundus diseases with hypertension,retinal vein occlusion and diabetic retinopa- thy were reported for hemorhealogy determination in the article.Whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity and parked-cell valume were found significantly different.The transformation of hernorhealogy is likely to be a causative factor in senile ocular fundus diseases.So,it can be used as a indication or parameter the prevention and treatment of senile fundus diseases.
