摘 要:在油田的稠油热采中,应用高温高压饱和水蒸汽提高采收率;饱和蒸汽的工作压力随油井深度在3~15MPa范围内变化,这给饱和蒸汽流量的精确测量带来了困难;研究建立高精度、宽范围的密度补偿模型对饱和蒸汽流量进行精确测量;利用3次样条插值增加压力大于10 MPa的样本点,然后利用最小二乘法拟合出2~15 MPa适用的饱和蒸汽密度补偿方程;经过辽河油田某注汽站的实际应用表明,采用该模型提高了饱和蒸汽流量的测量精度,取得了较好的效果。In order to increase heavy oil recovery efficiency, high--temperature and pressure saturated vapor is used in oil thermal extraction. Because its pressure varies (from 3Mpa to 15Mpa) as the depth of the oil well varies, saturated vapor flux is hard to measure precisely. High--precision and wide--range saturated vapor density compensator is put forward to solve this problem. With enhanced cubic spline interpolation sample data (for pressure above 10Mpa), least square method is used for creation of saturated vapor density compensator equation (for pressure range from 2Mpa to 15Mpa). Its application in Liaohe Oil Field is better for improving precision of saturated vapor flux measurement.
