我国篮球训练系统“体、教”资源的优化配置研究

摘　　要：本文以文献资料法、访问调查法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法等为主要研究方法,分别对我国“体育系统”与“教育系统”篮球训练过程中的人、财、物力资源的现状进行了分析与研究,并得出如下结论:现阶段“体育系统”中篮球运动员在训人数逐年减少、训练经费得不到保障、训练条件亟待改善;“教育系统”拥有潜在和广阔的生源优势,但运动员的技术水平较低、教练员执教经验急需完善。在进行大量分析与研究的基础上,本文提出对“体、教”资源优化配置的构建设想。By means of literature review, investigation and interviews, mathematical statistics and logical analysis ,the author of this paper analyzes and studies the present situation of the human resources, financial resources and material resources in the process of basketball training in the sports system and the educational system and draws the conclusions as below. At present, the number of basketball players under training in the sports system is decreasing year by year as the budget for training cannot be guaranteed and their training condition need to be improved. Although there is a great deal of potential players ready for training,the technical level of players is rather low and the experiences of the coaches need to be improved. Based on the analysis and careful study,the author advances a constructive frame for the optimization of resources in sports and educational system.
