摘 要:通过环形弹性节流阀片力学模型,对节流阀片弯曲变形进行了研究.利用边界条件得到了节流阀片弯曲变形曲面的通解.对通解进行恒等变换,得到了阀片弯曲变形系数(Gr),给出了任意位置上阀片弯曲变形量计算解析式,并提出了一种阀片弯曲变形精确计算方法.对变形系数(Gr)与手册中传统挠度系数(C6)进行了弯曲变形量计算比较.结果表明,用变形系数(Gr)比用挠度系数(C6)的计算精确,并可计算阀片任意半径位置的弯曲变形量.A mechanieal model of elastie ring throttle-sliee is established and the differential equation of deformation is set up. With the boundary conditions, the general solution for the deformation of elastic throttle-slice is obtained. Deformation coefficient (Gr) and expressions are obtained by identically transforming the general solution. On this basis, a precise computation method for the deformation of throttle-slice at any radius r is put forward. On comparing the coefficient (Gr) with the flexibility coefficient (C6) by a computation of maximum bending deformation, it is shown that the computation with bending deformation coefficient (Gr) is more precise than that with the flexibility coefficient (C6).
