摘　　要：认为高校图书馆应从完善读者统计指标体系、建立健全电子文献统计指标体系、健全经费使用流向统计指标体系入手,构造统一规范的业务统计指标体系。同时,高校图书馆还应根据馆藏规划、经费分配、人力资源配置和部门设置等决策需要,强化统计分析,以促进图书馆业务统计与科学管理的有机结合。It is mentioned in this paper that the requirements of the scientific management recommend university libraries to formulate a uniform and standard index system of business statistics, which includes a statistical index system for the reader service, electronic literatures, and the budget utilization. It is also revealed that reasonable decision making can only depend on the basis of strengthening statistical analyses of library collections, budget allocation, human resources utilization and department configuration. And only in this way, can business statistics of libraries be used for the enhancement of the library scientific management.
