华支睾吸虫童虫体表发育的扫描电镜观察

摘　　要：利用扫描电镜观察比较了华支睾吸虫５天童虫至３０天成虫的形态及体表的发育变化。５天童虫前１／３部分仍呈筒状，其余部分呈扁平。１０天以上的童虫及成虫，整个虫体呈扁平状。虫体表为网絮状结构且被有一定数量的体棘和乳突。体棘可分为四尖棘、三尖棘、二尖棘和单尖棘。乳突可分为带纤毛的结节状乳突、中央带小结的皮层呈同心圆隆起的乳突、较大的圆丘形乳突、中央带１至２个小结的花瓣样乳突。体棘随童虫的发育逐渐减少，至３０天成虫已完全消失。而乳突随虫体发育逐渐增大且数量增加，尤其是在口腹吸盘唇上及附近体表。The surface structures of Clonorchis sinensis juveniles and adults were observed under scanning electron microscope.In 5-day-old juveniles,the one third forebody was revealed as cylinder-like, the remainder of the body as flat. 10 days after infection, the Whole body became flat. At high magnifications, the tegument surface was observed to consist of knoblike protuberances. Most of body surface of 5-day-old juveniles was covered with backward pointing spines. There were one, two and three splits on the distal end of some spines respectively.These spines decrease in number and diminished in size with the development of juvniles, and could be hardly found on the body surface of 30-day-old adults.Presumed sensory papillae were seen on the body surface of juveniles and adults. They increased in number and enlarged in size with the development of juveniles. The papillae were divided into four types:1) Buttonlike papillae with long or short cilia on the lips of oral sucker and the surrounding body surface; 2) Plate papillae with knob on the body surface around oral sucker; 3) Round papillae on the lips of the oral and ventral suckers; 4)Rosette-form papillae with knob on the surrounding surface of oral sucker. The papillae on the lips of both suckers and surrounding body surface were densely distributed and rather randomly scattered over the remainder of the body.
