牙用DA9-4合金的支架及冠适合性的研究

摘  要:目的:研究DA9-4合金支架及冠适合性,为该合金的临床应用奠定基础。方法:①支架适合性的测试:制作上颌651156缺失标准模型20个,常规制作蜡型。随机分成2组,每组10个,分别用DA9-4合金、Reminium2000合金铸造。用测量显微镜测量蜡型及铸造支架的距离差,计算铸造收缩量。②冠适合性测试:制作有机玻璃模具30件,硅橡胶印模材料翻制成超硬石膏模型,常规制作帽状冠的蜡型。试件随机分成3组,每组10件,用DA9-4合金、Reminium2000合金及VB钢铸造。粘结后的样本沿模具底座中部纵向剖开,体视显微镜测量试件10个部位粘结剂的厚度。结果:DA9-4合金与Reminium2000合金铸造支架收缩无显著性差异(P>0.05)。DA9-4合金冠修复体边缘间隙为(71.3±8.34)μm、肩台间隙为(53.4±4.83)μm、轴面间隙为(41.85±8.08)μm、面浮升量为(55.2±9.21)μm。结论:DA9-4合金具有良好的适合性,可满足临床要求。Objective. To investigate the crown and framework fitness of DAg-4 alloy. Methods:①20 maxillary dentue moulds of 6511156 were prepared and equally divided into 2 groups. Specimens were waved and casted with DA9-4 alloy and Reminium 2000 alloy respectively. The distance of wax patterns and the frameworks was measured with microscope. And then the shrinkage after cast was calculated. ②Thirty crown speciments in the shape of permolar were prepared and equally divided into 3 groups. Specimens cast with DA9-4 alloy, Reminium 2000 alloy and VB alloy respectively. Each speeiment was sandblasted with alumina and bonded with Hy-Bond Glassionomer. After bonding, the speeiments were embeded with self- coagulated plastic and cut longitudinaly at the middle. The thick- ness between the crown and the speciments at 10 spots was measured with stereomicroscope. Results: The cast shrinkage and the fitness between DA9-4 alloys and Reminium 2000 alloys were not significantly different (P 〉 0.05 ). And the fitness values (μm) of the crown of DA9 - 4 alloy were : the margin gap of the crown 71.3 ± 8.34, the shoulder gap 53.4 ± 4.83, the axial wall gap 41.85 ± 8.08, the ocelusal lift amount 55.2 ± 9.21. Conclusion: DA9 -4 alloy has good fitness and can meet the require of clinic.
