中西药联合腹腔镜保守治疗异位妊娠

摘　　要：目的探讨中西药联合腹腔镜保守治疗异位妊娠后的疗效。方法2003年～2005年在我院行保守治疗异位妊娠的患者116例,随机分成实验组和对照组。实验组85例用腹腔镜+米非司酮+中药治疗,对照组31例用腹腔镜+米非司酮+氨甲喋呤(MTX)。结果实验组和对照组血HCG下降天数分别为5.23±6.54和5.19±6.63,差异没有显著性意义(P>0.05)。实验组腹痛消失83例(97.65%),腹痛消失时间平均为7.38天,平均住院时间是7.2±10.6天,术后2个月包块消失率是89.4%,要求生育65例,怀孕46人(70.8%);对照组腹痛消失18例(58.06%),腹痛消失时间平均13.78天,平均住院时间13.6±11.57天,术后2个月包块消失率64.5%,要求生育11人,怀孕5人(45.5%),以上各项两组差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。结论中西药联合腹腔镜能较好地保守治疗异位妊娠腹痛、缩短疗程和保留生育机能。Objective To study the effect of medicine combined with conservation laparoscopy on ectopic pregnancy. Methods The conservative treatment by laparoscope was performed in 116 patients with ectopic pregnancy. The patients were divided into two groups randomly, including the study group with traditional medicine and mifepristone, and the control group with mifepristone and methotrexate. Results After the treatment, there was no difference in the days of the blood level of β-HCG converted into negative between the two groups （P〉0.05）. There were significant differences（P〈0.05） between the two groups in the remission rate of the pain and the mass, and study group has the bighter successful repregnancy rate than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The traditional and western medicine combined with conservation laparoscopy has effect on the treatmen of ectopic pregnancy.
