摘 要:目的:检测实验性近视和远视性屈光参差离焦眼视力,探讨其对立体视锐度的影响。方法:于2003-04/08选择青岛大学医学院附属医院学生及职工32人,年龄26~32岁。在眼前放置正负透镜诱导单纯近视和远视性屈光参差。范围+1.00D~+3.00D、-1.00D~-3.00D。运用双屏视力及随机点立体视检查系统,检测实验性近视和远视性屈光参差离焦眼视力,观察屈光参差大小和屈光参差离焦眼视力对立体视锐度的影响。结果:测试对象32人,均纳入结果分析,无缺失。①在1.00D、1.50D、2.00D和2.50D屈光参差度情况下,近视性屈光参差眼的视力比远视性屈光参差眼视力低,经统计学分析差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);屈光参差绝对值在1.50~3.00D时,近视性屈光参差对立体视的影响大于远视性屈光参差,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。②诱导单纯近视和远视性屈光参差后在右眼视力相同的情况下,对立体视锐度进行比较,视力低于4.8时,立体视锐度差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:相同屈光参差度的近视性屈光参差对视力的影响大于远视性屈光参差;相同视力的实验性近视性屈光参差对立体视的影响大于远视。AIM: To detect experimental myopia and hyperopic anisometropia, and probe into their effects on stereopsis acuities. METHODS: Thirty-two students and emlbloyees aged 26-32 years between April and August 2003 were selected from Affiliated Hospital of Medical College of Qingdao University. The lens were put in front of subjects' eyes to induce simple myopia and hyperopic anisemetropia ranged +1.00-+3.00D and -1.00--3.00D. The visual and stereopsis acuities of eyes were detected by instruments of double-screen display visual acuity chart and display random-dot stereogram. The effects of defocused visual acuities of anisemetropia on the stereopsis acuities were observed. RESULTS: A total of 32 subjects were involved in the analysis of results, and no one withdrew from the study. ①Under the situations of 1.00D, 1.50D, 2.00D and 2.50D in the experiment, the visual acuities of myopic anisometropia were lower than those of hyperopic anisometropia with a significant difference (P 〈 0.05). Under the situations of 1.50-3.00D, the visual acuities of myopic anisometropia were higher than those of hyperopic anisometropia with a significant difference (P 〈 0.05).②When eyes were in the same visual acuities (lower than 4.8), the stereopsis acuities were worse in myopic anisemetropia than in hyperopic anisometropia, and the difference was significant (P 〈 0.05). CONCLUSION: The visual acuities of experimental defocused eyes in subjects of myopic anisometropia are better than those of hyperopic anisometropia, and when eyes are in the same visual acuities the stereopsis acuities are worse in experimental myopic anisometropia than in the hyperopic background.
