摘　　要：为探讨颅内原发性恶性淋巴瘤CT扫描特征,对11例经手术及活检病理确诊的颅内淋巴瘤的CT扫描表现进行回顾性分析。结果示病灶单发或多发,以幕上分布为主;圆形多见,CT平扫肿瘤呈等密度或略高密度;边界清楚,常累及脑的深部结构,占位效应轻;增强扫描病灶多为均匀强化,亦可为环状强化,可侵及室管膜并沿之播散。初步研究结果提示颅内原发性恶性淋巴瘤CT表现对其诊断具有一定的价值。To study the computed tomography（CT） imaging characteristics on the primary malignent lymphoma of the intracranial. The CT findings of 11 patients with surgically and pathologically proved mlignent lymphoma were analyzed retrospectively. A single lesion or multiple lesions was found. Most of them were located supratentorium. Round or irregular enhancement. In CT plain scaning density of tumors were equal or higher. Clear margin,and lesions usually involved the deep structures of the brain. In enhanced contrast scanning most of lesions were enhanced equally or annularly. The CT is helpful in the diagnosis of the primary malignant lymphoma of the intracranial.
