台盼蓝在成熟期白内障超声乳化术中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨台盼蓝着色前囊膜在成熟白内障超声乳化手术中的应用。方法本组32例老年性白内障成熟期、过熟期患者接受台盼蓝前囊膜染色,采用前房气泡下染色法,前房注入0.1mL染色液,数秒钟后用BSS液冲洗置换染液及气泡,注入粘弹剂后,连续环行撕囊。对照组取同期白内障超声乳化患者30例,比较环行撕囊成功率、术后视力、眼压及角膜水肿程度。结果经染色后32例前囊膜均呈淡蓝色,清晰可辨,撕囊成功率达97%,而对照组为80%,有显著差异。术后视力、眼压及角膜内皮水肿无显著差异。结论台盼蓝着色前囊膜后,连续环行撕囊更安全易行。Objective To investigate the application of trypan blue in phacoemulsiftcation for the mature cataract. Methods Thirty-two cases of age related cataract which was in the state of maturation or hypermaturation were performed staining anterior capsule with trypan blue. An air bubble was applied and 0.1 mL of 0.1% trypan blue solution was injected into the anterior chamber and then was rinsed by BSS after several seconds. Next, BSS was replaced by Healon and circular continuous capsulorhexts （CCC） was performed. Thirty cases were set as control group,in which trypan blue was not applied. Acuity of vision, intraocular pressure （IOP） after operation and degree of corneal endotheltum edema were compared between the two groups. Results After staining,anterior capsule showed pallid blue which could be discerned easily. The achievement ratio of CCC reached 97 percent, while in the control group it was only 80 percent, and there was significant difference between two groups. There were not significant deviation in vision acuity, IOP after operation and corneal endotheltum edema. Conclusion CCC could become safer and easier to perform after anterior capsule staining with trypan blue.
