康脑灵胶囊对VD大鼠神经元NMDA受体表达及钙超载的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究康脑灵胶囊对痴呆大鼠NMDA作用机制的影响。方法:用免疫组化、原位杂交方法观察康脑灵胶囊对海马区神经元N-甲基-D-门冬氨酸(NMDA)受体及其mRNA表达的影响,以流式细胞技术检测神经元细胞内钙的含量。结果:康脑灵胶囊能抑制VD大鼠神经元NMDA受体及mRNA表达,降低钙含量。结论:康脑灵胶囊能对抗兴奋性毒性对神经元的损伤。Objective：To study the NMDA mechanisms of Kangnaoling capsule on VD rat. Methods： Using immunohistochemical method, situ hybridization technique and FCM technique to analyze NMDA receptor, NMDAmRNA and contents of Ca^2＋ . Results： Kangnaoling capsule can remarkably repress the expression of NMDA as well as NMDAmRNA and reduce the contents of Ca^2＋ of neuron of VD rat. Conclusions： Kangnaoling capsule can antagonize damage of excitability toxicity.
