摘  要:鸡传染性法氏囊病(in fectious bursa l d isease,IBD)是一种严重危害养禽业健康发展的传染病,该病感染后不但造成重大的损失,还引起不同程度的免疫抑制,给禽群免疫带来更大的困扰。作者对发生在河南某地区的IBD免疫失败进行了研究,研究结果发现:鸡群免疫使用的鸡传染性法氏囊炎中等毒力苗每瓶标识含量均为500羽份,发生严重免疫失败的A疫苗抽检的6瓶测得的0.1 m l疫苗稀释液的TC ID50分别是1-0 2.2、1-0 2.7、100、10-2.9、1-0 1.9、100,即每瓶实际分别含有3.17、10.04、0、15.9、1.3和0羽份。而当地市场使用效果较好的B疫苗和C疫苗每瓶疫苗分别平均含有485和453羽份。疫苗有效含量不足是该地区IBD免疫失败的主要原因。Infectious bursal disease (IBD) (Gumboro disease) has been described throughout the world, and the socioeconomic significance of the disease is considerable worldwide. The infection always leads to a degree of immunosuppression which is often difficult to measure. In recent years, infectious bursal disease virus (IBDV) has become a serious economic problem as a result of the emergence of new and very virulent strains. In the context of this research, the authors provide one of the resons of the immune failure in some areas of henan province. The result suggest 0. 1 ml vaccine TCID^50 are 10^2.2, 10^-2.7,10^0,10^2.9,10^1.9,10^0, respectively. Namely, relative bottle of vaccine has 3.17dose,10.04 dose,0 dose,15.9 dose, 1.3 dose and 0 dose. The vaccine product factory stipulate each bottle of vaccine contain 500 dose. The insufficiency of vaccine doses maybe the key reason of these IBD immune failures.
