摘　　要：对近20年来化学计量学方法在农药残留(包括有机氯杀虫剂、有机磷杀虫剂、氨基甲酸酯类杀虫剂、拟除虫菊酯杀虫剂、除草剂及杀菌剂)分析测试中的应用进行了评述。指出了化学计量学在食品农药残留分析中的重要性及应用前景。This paper reviews the utilization over the 20 last years of chemometrics methods in analysis of pesticide residues, including organochlorine, oranophosphorous, carbamate, and synthetic pyrethroid insecticides, along with herbicides and fungicides. The importance and future use of chemometrics in analyzing pesticide residues in food is discussed.
