摘 要:根据配电系统中断路器、分段开关、联络开关等可操作性元件的动态特性建立系统的状态转移模型。因系统中可操作元件数量有限,所以模型中状态的数量也就相应比较少。基于状态转移模型,对所有静态元件,包括变压器、线路,进行一次、二次分类,而对每类元件仅模拟一次故障情况下系统的状态转移,计算出各状态的故障率和故障持续时间。然后通过简单的倍乘和叠加运算计算出各负荷点的可靠性指标。该状态转移模型考虑了继电保护元件故障的影响,且算法结构简单,相对于网络等值法,计算冗余小,计算速度快。通过对IEEE RBTS试验算例的分析和比较,验证了该模型和算法的有效性。A state transition model is developed for the distribution system in terms of the location and dynamic characteristics of operable components such as breakers, subsection switches and tie switches. Owing to the small quantity of the operable components, the number of states in this model is relatively small. Based on this model, all static components, including transformers, common power lines and cable lines, are partitioned into different kinds after the first-order classification and then the secondary classification. System state transition under the failure condition is simulated only once for any kind of components, while the corresponding states' failure frequency and failure duration are calculated. Then every load point' s reliability indices are obtained via simple multiplication and repeated addition calculations. Compared with the reliabilitynetwork-equivalent approach, the model and algorithm presented for distribution system reliability evaluation with the contribution of the failure of relay protection system taken into account have higher speed and less calculating redundancy. Their effectiveness is verified with the results of IEEE RBTS.
