摘  要:本文研制的微机检测系统用于转轮进出口流场测量,系统采用5孔探针为感应元件,全部数据处理及计算都由计算机完成。最后输出测点的全速度、分速度、全压、静压、水流转角及水流斜角,并用绘图仪绘制出各参数沿径向变化的曲线。叙述了系统的构成、基本原理、软件编制、误差处理,并给出了实测数据曲线,结果完全满足精度要求。该系统还可用于其他叶轮机进出口流场测量。The measuring system with microcomputer for inlet and outlet flow field of the Francis turbine runner is described. The pitot probe with 5 holes was used as sensing element. Date processing was totally conducted by computer. Total pressure, static pressure, total velocity, component of velocity, turning angle and flow in clination at measuring points were finally printed and all variables along with radius were plotted. The system composition, basic principle, programming, error estimation were given. The results were presented and their accuracy is satisfactory. This system may be used to measure inlet and outlet flow field of other turbomachines.
