摘　　要：Regarding the relationship between intangible cultural heritage and intellectual property rights (IPRs), China's Foreign Trade exclusively interviewed Dr. Jur. Wei Zhi, associate professor at Peking University Law School. He stressed, 'Chinese intangible cultural heritage should strive to keep pace with the development of the economy and the improvement of laws'Regarding the relationship between intangible cultural heritage and intellectual property rights（IPRs）,China＇s Foreign Trade exclusively interviewed Dr.Jur.Wei Zhi,associate professor at Peking University law School.He stressed.＂Chinese intangible cultural heritage should strive to keep pace with the development of the economy and the improvement of laws＂.
