依达拉奉对脑梗死患者血清中sVCAM-1和sP-selectin的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨依达拉奉对脑梗死患者血清可溶性血管细胞粘附分子(sVCAM-1)和可溶性P-选择素(sP-selectin)的影响。方法72例脑梗死患者随机分为对照组和依达拉奉组(依达拉奉+常规治疗,依达拉奉30mg/加生理盐水100ml,iv gtt,2次/d,连续14d),检测治疗前和治疗后患者血清中可溶性血管细胞粘附分子和可溶性P-选择素浓度的变化及两组的疗效。结果依达拉奉组疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.01),且依达拉奉组治疗后患者血清sVCAM-1和sP-selectin的浓度较对照组明显下降,两者比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论早期对脑梗死患者进行依达拉奉治疗可以减轻缺血脑细胞的损害,有利于病情的康复,对脑缺血神经元的保护机制可能与抑制VCAM-1和P-selectin的产生,从而阻断了白细胞向缺血区的浸润有关。Objective To explore the effect of Edaravone on the serum levers of sVCAM-1 and sP-selectin in Patients with cerebral infarction. Methods 72 patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into control group of 35 cases and Edaravone group of 37cases, its control group were given routine treatment , apart from routine tharapy the Edaravone group were added Edaravone 30mg,twice a day,total of 14d; the serum levers of sVCAM- 1 and sP-selectin and clinical therapeutic efficacy were investigated before and 15d after treatment. Resnlts The therapeutic efficacy of Edaravone group were significantly better than that of contral group（P〈0. 01）, the serum levers of sVCAM-1 and sP-selectin of the Edaravone group is lower than that of contral group after 5d（P〈0. 01）. Conclusion Edaravone can reduce the injury of ischemic brain cells and improve therapeutic efficacy , and it could inhabit the production of VCAM-1 and P-selectin , interrupting the leukocyte infiltrating ischemic region.
