摘 要:对某工业污水处理厂曝气池中活性污泥进行了分离和驯化,得到了能以氯代苯胺类化合物为碳源的高效复合菌群;通过好氧摇瓶实验,研究了复合菌群对氯代苯胺类化合物的生物降解特性,并对3种单氯代苯胺进行了生物降解动力学分析.结果表明:复合菌群的pH值适应范围很广,但当pH值降至2.5时,氯代苯胺类化合物的生物降解受到明显抑制;降低化合物的初始质量浓度、增加微生物量及添加苯胺生长基质等,能提高复合菌对氯代苯胺类化合物的去除率;生物降解速率因氯化苯胺中氯原子取代位置不同而不同.Dominant mixed bacteria with chloroanilines used as carbon source was obtained by domestication and isolation of activated sludge in the aeration tank at an industrial wastewater treatment plant. The properties of biodegradation of chloroanilines with dominant mixed bacteria were studied by shake-flask test, and a dynamic analysis was performed of biodegradation of three kinds of chloroanilines. Some conclusions are drawn as follows: mixed bacteria are suitable for a wide range of pH value, but the biodegradation of chloroanilines will be restrained when the pH value is below 2.5 ; the decrease of the initial concentration of chloroanilines, the increase of bacterium concentration and adding of the growth matrix can improve the removal rate of chloroanilines; the rates of biodegradation are different with different sub-positions of chlorine atoms in chloroanilines.
