摘 要:采用S培养基培养的方法对硫酸盐还原菌(SRB)进行了分离与鉴定。实验通过对SRB的生理和生化特性的了解,结合其生存条件和存在状态进行研究,得出了主要的环境因素中pH值和温度对SRB活性的影响关系,并提出采用合适的环境因素来更好地控制SRB的生长代谢活动,以寻求有效的防治措施来控制硫酸盐还原菌引起的腐蚀,延长有关设备的正常使用寿命。The Sulfate Reducing Bacteria (SRB) has been separated and authenticated by using the S culture medium in this paper. To understand the SRB physiology and bio - chemical characteristics, the experiment has been carried on the research as it's existed in the condition and the existence appearances. The results showed that the main environmental factors, such as the pH and temperature, have great influence on the activity of SRB. It is suggested that selection of a fit environment factor to control the SRB activity of the growth and the metabolism was better to control the SRB corrosion, and to extend the normal service life of the related equipments.
