糯玉米杂交种主要经济性状及品质因素研究

摘　　要：利用2001年、2002年、2004年山东省特种玉米区域试验汇总资料,通过对参试糯玉米品种株型、鲜穗采收期、产量性状、商品果穗率、品质性状、抗病性等指标进行综合分析,为指导山东省糯玉米育种提供借鉴和参考。研究结果表明:目前山东省糯玉米品种紧凑型株型偏少;鲜穗采收期存在较大差异;参试品种的产量和穗粒数差异显著;一些参试品种的双穗率过高,影响商品果穗率偏低;参试品种蛋白质、游离氨基酸、赖氨酸、可溶性糖的含量差异都很显著,风味品质分差异不明显;参试品种对茎腐病、大斑病、弯孢菌叶斑病的抗性较差。Providing some references for guiding the breeding of waxy corn in Shandong Province were established based on those index of plant type, picking period of fresh corn ear, yield, ratio of merchandise ear, quality, fastness, and data of area special type experiments on maize breeding in Shandong Province during the year of 2001, 2002, 2004. The results showed that there were lack tight plant type recently in waxy corn in Shandong Province, there were great difference in picking period of fresh corn ear; there were obvious difference in yield and grains; too high double spike decreased ratio of merchandise in some experiment corn, there were marked difference in content of protein,dissociated amino acid, but there were little difference in cent of gout and quality, there were worse fastness to stem rotten diseas, leaf blight of corn, maize curvularia leaf spot disease in experimental breed.
