摘　　要：阐述了学生参与显微镜室管理的必要性、可行性及其优越性。能部分缓解分管教师的工作压力、有利于提高显微镜实验技能与管理能力以及教师角色意识的形成,让部分优秀学生参与管理还有利于培养出某些专业实验室的管理人才,也利于丰富学生的课外学习活动。学生参与管理拓宽并发展了实验室开放管理的空间,还可培养一些精密仪器管理维护的技能型能手。This paper discussed the advantages of students participating in management of the microscope laboratory. It contributes to the improvement of experimented technical ability of students and it may exalt students＇ skill in management, also can be advantageous to form the consciousness of teacher＇ s role. Furthermore it can enrich students＇ extracurricular activities. And yet it can reduce certain load on teachers＇ work; it may develop the space of opening-standardizing management etc.
