摘 要:目的:探讨形成镍钛弓丝有限元模型动态可视化应力云图的方法。方法:建立镍钛弓丝有限元模型,利用W indows界面下的V B语言中的R GB函数,把有限元模型的数值信息与彩色应力云图显示相关联,当前步变形后产生的静态云图覆盖上一步的云图,同时有限元模型也发生响应的位移,即形成动态可视化的镍钛弓丝变形时的应力云图。结果:把有限元模型得到的数值范围等分为12个值域,每个值域对应一种颜色,数值越大,颜色越暗。把得到的52幅镍钛弓丝有限元模型的瞬时应力云图连续显示就实现了场量变化的动态模拟。结论:利用计算机V B语言可以通过画面的连续显示的方式动态而直观地体现有限元模型计算结果,可以观测选取剖面上整个变形过程的应力云图,模拟真实的运动过程,从而方便地发现受力的危险点,为改进设计提供依据。Objective: To discuss a method about shaping a model of Ni-Ti arch wire for orthodontics. Methods: dynamic and visualizational color stress cloud chart of finite element The three-dimensional geometry model of Ni-Ti arch wire was established and its numerical data was correlated to color stress cloud chart with RGB function in VB language under Windows operating system. The former stress cloud chart was covered with current one continuously while the displacement of Ni-Ti arch wire happened. Thus a dynamic and visualizational color stress cloud chart of changing finite element model of Ni-Ti arch wire was completed. Results: The numerical data of every instantaneous stress cloud chart of static state was divide into 12 parts equally every which was correlated to one color. More bigger the number became,Moer darker the color became. 52 instantaneous stress cloud charts of static state were displayed continuously and a dynamic and visualizational color stress cloud chart of finite element model of Ni-Ti arch wire was completed. Conclusion: The result of finite element model of NTMA can be display dynamically using VB language in the way of continuous picture display. The stress cloud chart in every point of section can be observed while the displacement of NTMA distractor happens,which can offer important reference in order tO improve the NTMA distractor.
