靶控输液器静脉注射得普利麻辅助结肠镜检查的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察靶控输液器(targetcontrolledinfusion,TCI)静脉注射得普利麻麻醉辅助结肠镜检查的临床效果。方法将结肠镜检查的80例患者随机分为麻醉组(40例)和对照组(40例)。麻醉组用靶控输液器(TCI)静脉注射得普利麻麻醉辅助结肠镜检查;对照组肌注0.5mg阿托品无麻醉药物。观察结肠镜检查前、检查中、检查后生命指征的变化、操作时间、患者反应等。结果麻醉组与对照组在结肠镜检查的成功率、疼痛的反应及生命指征均差异有显著性。结论靶控输液器静脉注射得普利麻维持麻醉辅助结肠镜检查安全、平稳、可控性好、节省药、术后苏醒快,值得推广。[Objective] To evaluat the effect of propofol injected with target controlled infusion in colonoscopy [Methods] 80 patients were divided randomly into two groups. Anesthesia group （n =40） ： in which patients were injected of propofol with target controlled infusion in colonoscopy, control group （n =40）： patients were given 0.5 mg of atropine by IM injection without of anesthetic in colonoscopy. The operation time, patient＇s reaction, and change of vital sign were observed in terms of preoperation, intraoperation and postoperation. [Results] There was obviously difference between the two groups in successful rate, reaction to pain and change of vital sign. [Conclusion] Injected of Propofol with target controlled infusion is a safe, economical, controllable, painless and high successful rate method in colonoscopy.
