摘 要:目的:探讨肺癌、胃癌、乳腺癌和胶质瘤中Cox-2和P-gp二者表达之间的关系。方法:利用免疫组织化学的方法显示阵列切片中Cox-2和P-gp表达情况。结果:以上肿瘤中Cox-2和P-gp具有明显的表达相关性,并与肿瘤淋巴结转移情况存在密切关系。结论:Cox-2可能参与了P-gp介导的肿瘤多药耐药的产生,通过干预COX-2的产生为肿瘤耐药提供一种有效的手段。Objective: To investigate the relationship of Cyclooxygenase - 2 and P - glycoprotein expression in lung cancer , gastric carcinoma , breast carcinoma and astrocytoma. Method: The expressions of Cyclooxygenase - 2 and P - glycoprotein were detected by immunohistochemical staining in 8 cases of astrocytoma and 12 cases of lung cancer , gastric carcinoma , breast carcinoma respectively. Result: The expression of Cyclooxygenase - 2 were significantly correlated with the expression of P - glycoprotein in the tumors detected and the expression of Cox -2 also have a correlated relationship with the lymph mode metastasis in each group . Conclusion: Cox -2 may play an important role in the regulation of multiple drug resistance ( MDR ). The inhibiting substance of Cox - 2 may provide a possible way in preventions of multidrug - resistance.
