摘　　要：目的探讨嗜酸乳杆菌对口腔白色念珠菌感染的抑制作用。方法采用体外白色念珠菌感染模型,观察嗜酸乳杆菌对白色念珠菌粘附于人口腔粘膜上皮细胞及对小鼠口腔念珠菌感染的影响。结果接种嗜酸乳杆菌小鼠口腔白色念珠菌感染率在同一时相点比较,明显低于接种灭活嗜酸乳杆菌、表皮葡萄球菌及对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论嗜酸乳杆菌对口腔白色念珠菌感染有明显的抑制作用。Objective To study the inhibition effect of Lactbacillus acidophilus on Candidaalbicans infection of oral cavity. Methods To establish Candidaalbicans infection model in vitro, and to observe the effect of Lactbacillus acidophilus on Candidaalbicans adhering to the shell membrane of oral cavity and its infection. Results Candidaalbicans infection rate of Lactbacillus acidophilus which was alive and inoculated to mice oral cavity was obviously lower than that of dead Lactbacillus acidophilus group, epidemis staphylococcus group and control group at the same time. Conclusion Lactbacillus acidophilus can obviously inhibit Candidaalbicans infection of oral cavity.
