摘　　要：目的探讨CT影像对脑胶质瘤手术加局部热化疗的疗效评价。方法回顾性分析了37例脑胶质瘤手术加热化疗等综合治疗的资料,分别于术后第二天、第一月、第三月、第六月及第十二月行CT扫描,并与48例常规手术者比较其疗效。结果局部热化疗组平均生存30.85个月,对照组平均生存8.65个月,局部热化疗组较手术组生存年限延长(P<0.001)。CT扫描可观察到残留肿瘤减小、囊变及消融。结论动态CT扫描是评价脑胶质瘤术中和术后间断局部热化疗疗效的一种简单有效的方法之一。Objectives To investigate the value of dynamic CT scan on localized thermochemotherapy during and after the Operation of human gliomas. Methods Retrospective analysis was given to the date of 37 patients receiving gliomas operation with localized thermochemotherapy in and after operation. These patients had took the CT scan after operation in the second day and on 1 month, 3 months, 6 months and 12 months. The effect was compared with that of 48 patients receiving traditional operation. Result The survival of patients in thermochemotherapy group was obviously longer than that of the comtrol group （30.85 months vs 8.65 months, P〈0.001. There were be reduced and liquefied and vanished on dynamic CT scan of the remaining tumors after thermochemotherapy. Conclusion Dynamic CT scan is one of the simple and useful method to evaluate the tumor response to localized thermochemotherapy during and after operation.
