高校校院两级教学管理模式初探

摘　　要：教学管理工作是高校管理工作的核心,教学管理水平的高低,直接影响到高校人才培养的质量。当前随着高校教学改革的深入和发展,积极推进校院两级教学管理制度,已成为新形势下加快高校教学管理、提升高校教学管理水平和人才培养质量的一项迫切任务。Teaching Administration is the center of administrative task in high school. The level of teaching Administration influences directly the quality of cultivating the talents. With the development and furthering of teaching reform, to promote the Double--level Teaching Administration from the university and colleges has become an urgent task of speeding up teaching administration, elevating the level of teaching administration and the quality of cultivating talents in the new situation.
