摘　　要：目的对幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染的胃溃疡患者两种治疗方案进行分析比较。方法对Hp感染的胃溃疡患者分别用两种药物治疗方案进行治疗,用免疫放射分析法(IRMA)和ELISA法进行检测。结果 P1组(奥美拉唑+阿莫西林 +甲硝唑+果胶铋)优于P2组(奥美拉唑+阿莫西林+甲硝唑)。结论该研究为抗幽门螺朴菌感染的药物选择提供了依据。Objective Two therapeutic regimens were analysed and compared for peptic ulcer patients infected by Helicobacter pylori（Hp）.Metbods The two regimens were dosed to the patients of two groups respectively, and the patients before or after therapy were detected with the methods of immuno-radiometric assay（IRMA） and ELISA.Result The result showed that the therapy effect of PI was better than that of P2.Conclusion The result could be regarded as an advice on the selection of the therapy medicines against to Hp infection.
