摘　　要：目的探讨低位直肠癌全直肠系膜切除(TME)在保肛、防止肿瘤局部复发中的作用。方法对1999年1月至2003年12月我院行低位直肠癌全直肠系膜切除术62例患者的手术方法、疗效和并发症进行回顾性分析。结果62例患者采用TME手术,术后无死亡者,吻合口瘘4例,无吻合口狭窄,术后局部复发4例,复发率为6.4%。结论在低位直肠癌手术中应用TME可降低直肠癌局部复发率,不增加并发症。Objective To investigate the incidence of local recurrence after total mesorectal excision （TME） in lower rectal cancer patients. Methods From January 1999 to December 2003, 62 consecutive patients with primary lower rectal carcinoma underwent surgery operation according to the principle of TME. Results No operative mortality was observed, Local recurrences occurred in 4 patients（6.4%） while（18.9%） it was reported in past. Anastomotic leakage occurred in 4 patients. Conclusions TME can decrease the frequency of local recurrence of rectal cancer without increasing complications.
