摘　　要：阐述《金匮要略》痛证的治法特点,认为仲景治疗痛证,重视辨病,病与证结合;针对疼痛,注重分病位、病性、病程选择适宜的治法。The treatment characteristics of pain syndrome in synopsis of the golden chamber were expounded. Zhongjing emphasis on diseases identification,disease identification and syndrome identification integration in treating pain syndrome. Proper analgesic drugs were discussed according to different position, character and course of pain syndrome .
