摘 要:介绍了一种深低温液氧管路穿过耐压船体的解决方案,并通过理论分析、工程计算和试验验证,证明该方案能承受深低温流体通过管路时的冷冲击,在注氧或排氧的全过程中,温度场、应力场分布均匀,各测点的温度、应力均在允许范围内,相邻耐压船体处在常温下,不会受到低温的伤害。This paper introduces a solution to the problems of cryogenic LOX pipelines passing through the pressure hull. According to the theoretical analysis, engineering calculation and experimental study, this scheme has been proved that the pressure hull can endure the cold impact when the cryogenic liquid flowing in the pipes. In the whole process of LOX infusion or discharge, the distribution of temperature field and stress field of the pipes is uniform, whereas the temperature and stress is permissible at the appointed measuring points. In addition, the place adjacent to the pressure hull under the normal temperature is proved to suffer no damages from cryogenic pipelines.
